Ozzie was found collapsed on a dirt road.   Finder called rescue for help.   12 weeks old. In very bad condition from heat and hunger.   But he is strong and survived. And Is a very sweet pup in need of a forever home. I will make sure be never suffers any further in his life. Will be a medium size pup.  Maybe 35 pounds
