phoebe initially was poorly socialized basically had been ignored and isolated all her 10 months of life..she has been socialized and is learning to be a balanced puppy that has rules and is a very lovable pup with lots of energy..always very sweet and good with children and needs a home that is committed to loving her and making her a part of their family..also better pics to follow she is hard to take picture of//she is much improved now and needs a forever home
